WAILUKU — A Kihei man was arrested after he was allegedly seen on surveillance video utilizing stolen bank cards to make purchases at Kahului shops.
Quentin Fernandez, 47, of Kihei was charged with theft of a bank card, fraudulent use of a bank card, two counts of second-degree theft and third-degree theft.
The stolen bank card was used Sept. 16 to acquire merchandise valued at greater than $750 from Residence Depot and Walmart and greater than $250 in items from Kelly’s Mini Mart, in response to the grievance towards Fernandez.
