How do you get a seller to finance the sale of their business or property?

(FYI: I’ve personally struck three separate seller financings in my own transactions…)

Here’s the deal:

When you speak with a seller, don’t focus on what you will get out of the deal, emphasize the benefits the SELLER will gain.

But what are those benefits?

Ps- be sure to emphasize to the owner how QUICKLY you can close using seller finance if the owner is keen to close quickly and without all the headache. I didn’t mention this one in the video, but its a major selling point for certain owners.
